This training is designed to help you gather and better understand all required theory and calculations (or load charts) information, and possibly shorten the required classroom time. It is best suited as an additional part of regular training course. The RTO will identify any gaps in learning and take corrective action, and also provide with full practical training and in-house assessment before licensing assessment.
Q. Are all questions same as the ones in licensing assessment?
No!
Our way of training and testing teaches above and beyond the assessment requirements. Testing is delivered in multiple ways for each question, and all of the included questions would satisfy proper mapping of Units, in multiple ways.
Individual access is 7 days for a full training unit, VOC is 1 day, one-time access. LLN test is limited to two attempts, one time access.
Yes. There is always more to it that needs to be delivered face to face, plus your licensing assessment is a must – it usually happens at RTO premises.
Q. My level of written English is not good. Can I still do the training online?
All of our training units offer audio training version – except for the calculations part. That helps with terminology, reading and learning how to write it. You have 7 days to listen to it, if you wish!
It will be up to you to learn correct terminology and also spelling. While some (not all) spelling mistakes are tolerated, there is a required minimum level of LLN skills for all high risk work training. There are English classes available in every community and your RTO should be able to help you with the issue.
Q. If I can pass the LLN test at the beginning, does that guarantee that I can pass the whole training easily?
It only guarantees that if you can’t pass the LLN test, you need to learn English before you can attend the course at any RTO.
Q. We are an RTO. Can we use your service to train multiple students?
Yes you can. Our subscription based service offers online training portal for multiple students. You can have your own control panel and track all sign ups, progress and completion of all training that you subscribe for.
Q. What is the price for RTO use?

Q. Are all questions based on ‘single choice’ or ‘multiple choice’ answers?
No! In order to truly help you retain information and test your knowledge we have developed a system that uses diverse testing techniques, such as ‘fill in the blank’, ‘ open end answer’, ‘sorting’, ‘matrix sorting’, ‘essay’, ‘assignment upload’ and both single and multiple choice answers to questions.
Q. Is there any mapping provided with this training and assessing?
Yes. To any paid customer, we can provide full mapping of the applicable training unit, for both training and assessing part contained here (no performance training or assessment), upon request and after payment.
Q. I’m having trouble logging in, what could be the cause?
Please ensure that you have confirmed your account via activation email; if the system is rejecting your login, use your user name instead of email for login. Depending on your device, one or the other will work – most of the time both.
